Description: The objective of this task is to monitor incident ticket queues for Datapower appliance as they have been entered into ticket work flow by client’s Level 1 team or automated ticket process, and to facilitate troubleshooting of application crashes, capacity problems, performance issues, and general configuration challenges. This activity will follow the shift coverage by product as indicated in Table 1 - Supported Products Coverage Time Table.

• Troubleshoot and resolve application crashes
• Troubleshoot and resolve capacity problem

• Engage 3rd party vendors for product level support, based on vendor support agreements

Description:
The objective of this task is to monitor incident ticket queues for Endeca InFront Server as they have been entered into ticket work flow by Level 1 team or automated ticket process, and to facilitate troubleshooting of application crashes, capacity problems, performance issues, and general configuration challenges. This activity will follow the shift coverage by product as indicated in Table 1 - Supported Products Coverage Time Table.
The Level 2 support tasks may include the following:
• Assist in the administration Endeca InFront application.
• Configure Properties and Dimensions in Endeca
• Configure Guided Navigation with the various dimension types
• Manage templates with the Endeca Workbench Support for Map Reduce frameworks and other Big Data instrastructure operational constructs in the Oracle Endeca platform
