Experience- 5 + years
Technical Skills
Minimum of 3 to 5 years hands on development exp in .NET technologies such as VB.NET, ASP.NET, Web development technologies
Project Management Skills
• Minimum of 3+ yrs of experience as Technical Project Manager
• Experience managing projects of team size of around 10 to 15 resources
• Strong project management methodology experience in PM, SDLC
• Full life cycle development experience
• Experience managing HR aspects of resources
• Very strong communication skills
Other Skills
Awareness on latest technologies such as smart phones, tablet devices
