VINIRMA Consulting is currently looking for Information Agenda Admin (Websphere application admin) for one of our clients which is a leading Banks in UAE with the following skill set and terms and conditions.
Skill Set required:
• Expertise in Administrating IBM Web Sphere Application servers 5.0.2.x/5.1.x.x/6.0/6.1/7.0 Network Deployment Manager on various Operating Systems like AIX, Linux, Sun Solaris, Windows 2000/NT/XP.
• Experience in Scripting for Websphere Application server configuration changes and administration.
• Scripts that change, export and import existing configuration data for websphere application server.
• Updating the existing environment and applying the fixpacks on websphere process server and websphere application server Network Deployment Manager.
• Experience in Scripting language Jacl and Jython using wsadmin tool.
• Experience in Websphere Extended Deployment product 6.0/6.1
• Experience in installation and configuration of WebSphere Process server 6.0.2.x/6.1 using golden topology
• Experience in Websphere Portal 6.0/6.1/7.0
• Experience in IBM MDM, IBM FILENET ECM and ICC server administration and configuration
• Experience in IBM IIS server configuration and administration
Responsibilities:
• Configuration of SCA , BPC and HT on Web Sphere Process Server
• IBM WebSphere Portal Server 6.1.0/6.0/ 5.1/5.0 Experiences in installing and configuration of Web Sphere Portal horizontal cluster Environment.
• Administrating Web Sphere Portal 5.0/5.1/6.0/6.1 version.
• Deployed Themes and Skins in Portal.
• Experiences in updating the portal fixes using portal update installer using silent as well as graphical mode.
• Experience in XML access and Release Builder
• Experience in doing cross cell configuration as well
• Experience in site minder installation and configuration for SSO.
• Configuration of Web sphere Business Monitor Model 6.0/6.1
• Experiences in cross cell configuration of business model with process servers to view the status on events on Business Space.
• Experience & resolved issues such as performance degradation, out of memory, high CPU issues.
• Experience in IBM Pattern Modeling and Analysis tool for Java Garbage collector.
• Expert in installing and configuration of IBM Http webserver locally and remotely.
• Experience in installing configuration of websphere application server with LDAP IBM Directory server
• Expert at troubleshooting for plug-in regeneration problems with Web Sphere Application Server.
• Experiences in IBM tools to analyze the logs like heap dumps and thread dumps like heap analyzer and log analyzer.
• Experience in GC-Memory Visualizer
• Implement Security using Role based Administration & resolved problems with the WebSphere Application Server SSL component.
• Expertise in Reporting and tracking problems by generating PMR with IBM & finding effective solutions.
• Experiences in deploying the BPEL Application and Business Monitor Models as well
• Installing the security certificates and installing Site minder for single sign on (SSO).
• Extensive experience in optimizing performance of WebSphere Application server using Workload Management.
• Configured scalable applications through Server Groups/Clustering and Cloning.
• Experience in Performance Tuning, Load Balancing and Work Load Management on IBM Web Sphere Application Server 5.x/6.0/6.1/7.0
• Experience in requirement analysis, scope, design analysis, application development, debugging, testing and documentation of the various phases in a software development life cycle.
• Expertise in Object Oriented Programming using Java and J2EE technologies: EJBs, Servlets, JSP, Java Beans, JMS and JNDI.
• Experience in change control tool like Remedy and Service Center.
• Handled Staging and production environments as part of the application deployment
• Installed EARs, WARs and configured application specific JVM settings, Web container parameters using the Admin Console and wsadmin scripts.
• Enabled security for the Admin Console and application components
• Experiences in enable the security for federated repository from command line using wsadmin tool and Admin console as well.
• Experiences in Resource Analyzer/ Tivoli Performance Viewer to monitor WebSphere Applications and tuned the environment accordingly like changing the JVM Heap, Connection Pool sizes
• Experiences in working with IBM Support people to resolve the High severity ticket and open the PMR
• Assembled and Deployed the application in staging, in productions, following change management practices and 24/7 support, worked in shifts.
• Ability to rapidly learn new concepts together with excellent interpersonal skills.
Experience Required in 5+YS.
Domain: Bank.
