ORACLE APPS Competency Lead - Pune
Position		: Oracle Apps Competency Lead

For one of our prestigious clients (with global customer locations in various countries), we are looking for a Oracle Apps Competency lead  with around 15 years experience in various aspects of Oracle Apps Consultancy. The client is a very well know name around the Globe.  They are a very progressive company and believe in bringing differentiation through innovative techniques. Currently they need a Oracle Apps Competency Lead to be based at Pune.

•	Do you have around 15 years experience?
•	Have you led a Unit/Practice of 500+ persons?
•	Are you an Employee oriented leader with great listening skills?
•	Can you provide Thought Leadership to define vision to develop IPs, Competencies etc?
•	Have you managed Oracle Apps projects?
•	Have you been part of Oracle Apps COEs or managed Oracle Apps COE initiatives?
•	Are you aware of Oracle Apps market trends?
•	Do you have excellent presentation and communication skills?
•	Are you either based at Pune or are willing to relocate to Pune?

Role
•	Lead Oracle Apps Competency
•	Manage all India Oracle Apps competency teams
•	Draw out vision for developing IPs, Competencies etc.
•	Inject innovation in teams
•	Enhance value add to the services offered by the client
•	The role does not require extensive travel, however, 2 to 4 days a month travel will be required
