VAM SYSTEMS is currently looking for Network Administrator for our Qatar operations with the following skill set and terms and conditions:
Skillset required:
• 5+ year’s experience on Network Administration.
• Experience in LAN, Core Switches, Switching technologies & Routing protocols, ACS, LMS
• Firewalls: ASA, IPS/IDS, NGFW, WAF, TMG
• Experience in NAC, RSA,WAN, Routers, VPN ,Fibre Network, SAN,DR Network, Riverbed, Call Manager, Call Center Express, WLAN Wireless Network, WLC, AP, WCS, IPCams, MS Network, Network Monitoring.
• CCSP, Wireless Security, NAC is Mandatory.
Responsibilities:
1. Maintain Internet Connections, Fiber links, Wireless and WAN links to ensure its availability, integrity, operability security and normal functionality. This includes, but not limited to maintaining maintain Core Routers and Edge Firewalls.
2. Maintain network security, through managing and maintaining Enterprise Firewall, NGFW firewalls, WAF firewalls and Network Access Control (NAC), to ensure securing networks and providing a highly secure communication infrastructure.
3. Maintain Local Area Network (LAN) infrastructure to ensure its availability, integrity, operability, security and normal functionality. This includes, but not limited to: o Maintaining Core and Edge Switches, in terms of hardware, firmware, and backing up configuration files, etc. o Maintaining Fiber and UTP connectivities. o Maintaining network and communication cabinets. o Monitoring and managing LAN utilization. Maintaining both Main site LAN and DR site LAN.
4. Maintain VPN service to ensure its availability, integrity, operability, security and normal functionality. This includes dual factor authentication RSA setup, upgrading, fine tuning service performance, etc.
5. Maintain Wireless LAN (WLAN) service to ensure its availability, integrity, operability, security and normal functionality. This includes, but not limited to maintaining WLAN Controller, and all Access Points whether indoor and outdoor.
6. Maintain Internet service to ensure its availability, integrity, operability, security and normal functionality. This includes, but not limited to maintaining NGFW/UTM or Internet Proxy/Caching solution, both from hardware and software perspectives. Managing and controlling internet access permissions.
7. Maintain IP cam and Video Conferencing services, equipments, to ensure its availability, integrity, operability, security and normal functionality.
8. Monitor network utilization and links status at levels of WAN, LAN, WLAN, and internet to ensure their availability, integrity, operability, security, normal functionality and immediate handling of abnormal utilization or behaviors. Prepare, review, and enforce IT Networks related policies and procedures to ensure their effectiveness, full coverage of all networking services, in addition to providing users with clear guidelines for the acceptable usage of networking services.
9. Ability to plan, implement, verify and troubleshoot local and wide-area enterprise networks and work collaboratively with specialists on advanced security, voice, wireless and video solutions. Ready to work independently on complex network solutions.
10. Responsible for Security in Routers, Switches, Networking devices and appliances, as well as choosing, deploying, supporting and troubleshooting Firewalls, VPNS, and IDS/IPS solutions for their networking environments.
11. Ability for designing, implementing, and operating Cisco Wireless networks and mobility infrastructures.
12. Responsible for Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Call center express, gateways, IP phones and the integration and troubleshooting of Cisco Unified Communications solution.
Qualification
• CCNP Switching/routing, CCSP/CCNP Security, CCNA Voice, CCNA Wireless
• University Degree Holder.
