-  Good exp in Architecting / Designing EAI application using TIBCO products  --- Must
-  3+yrs exp in TIBCO Products  (BW, Designer, Administrator,   Hawk, RV, Adapters / CIM, GI  ) ----------- Must
-  Good exp in Webservices  ---- Plus
-  Good exp in Java, J2EE application development  -- Preferable
-  Good communication & client facing skills  ---- Must

Exp      :   8 – 15 yrs
