Job Description:
Programmer Analyst to support Workforce Management applciation (WorkBrain)
Location: Hyderabad
Job Function:
• Provide production support to users of Workbrain time and attendance application
• Document user requirements
• Develop technical specifications to meet user requirements
• Implement application configuration and software changes to meet requirements
• Develop reports using IBM Cognos 8.x
Skills/Experience:
• Experience with Time and attendance or workforce management applications
• Experience supporting Payroll or HR organization
• Experience with Cognos report development
• Experience with SQL and PL/SQL
• Experience with Java/J2EE, HTML/JavaScript
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to participate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with little direction
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment with developers and functional users
• Ability to foster a positive and constructive relationship with team members
• Experience supporting commercial off-the-shelf application
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for supporting Workbrain Workforce Management application. The primary responsibilities include:
• Work with Payroll and Human Resource organizations to define and implement solutions to meet business requirements.
• Prepare technical specifications, and solution designs.
• Implement configuration changes to Workbrain application to meet functional requirements and/or policy/statutory requirements.
• Work with QA to define and test cases to validate application changes.
• Assist in production support, troubleshooting and software migrations.
Education:
Preferred: Bachelor's, Information Technology or equivalent experience
