 Brief Job Description :--
 
 
  Comprehensive Information Security (IS) strategy:- 
 
 
•Consultations with IT Strategy & Planning, IT SO partner, external security consultants, internal customers, standards bodies
 
 
•Study & keep updated on various prevailing & applicable IT security & privacy related laws and acts
 
 
•Put in place a process for periodic review of the strategy so as to ensure its relevance and currency at all the times. 
 
 
  Information Security Policies, Procedures 
 
 
  Ensure adherence to defined IS Policy:- 
  
 
 •Development of appropriate training & education programs/communication plans for employees and extended partners and ensuring their delivery
 
 
•Define & update from time to time Information Security related SLAs
 
 
•Conduct periodic audits through 3rd parties
 
 
   Compliance to standards & certification :- 
  
 
 •Identify & propose certifications relevant to Organization’s business
 
 
 •Develop IS certification plan
 
 
•Prepare the organization for certification audits and ensure
 adherence to all certification requirements.
