Job Description:

		
   Capgemini Consulting   India is Looking for a   Editorial resource   with around  4-7  years of having exposure to publication of Point of Views / Thought Leadership / Newsletters/ Internal communications.. The candidate should be a post graduate in communications / media from a leading college with experience in print media and mass communications.
  
   Location – Mumbai   
  
  Must Have  – Experience in writing business reports/ content writing/ editing/ collaterals
  Preferable  – Experience in Business newspapers / consulting or research firms
  
   Work will include   -- 
 
Editing deals with reviewing, condensing or elaborating, correcting and arranging written material to improve its presentation in the English language.
 The editor has to ensure that the document is well-written in grammatically correct language and follows the required style all through the document depending on the intended target audience.
 For this purpose, the editor has to check spelling, grammar, re-write sentences for better styling or coherency.
 The editor must also ensure that facts mentioned in the document are consistent and there are no missing points which the author has failed to provide after mentioning them at the outset, captions and titles are correct, figures match and are provided where mentioned etc.
 
 
  REQUIREMENTS (Education, Professional Experience, Technical Skills, Foreign Languages):   
 • Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal English ( Specially written) 
 
• Self-starter 
 
• Work closely with Capgemini consulting global and local marketing and communications team 
 
• Develop and test new means of communication with stakeholders like Video / webcast / social media etc 
 
• Experience in writing in leading business newspaper / magazines – Preferably any thought leadership / PoVs/ white papers 
 
• Experience in report writing 
 
• Good general business understanding 
 
• Skill to convert analyst / research presentations into word / pdf reports and closely work with the graphics team 
 
• Must be from Good Communications Post Graduate college 
 
• Around 4-7 years of experience in a good consulting company /newspapers.
