  Looking for both junior and senior level with good experience in IT Rrecruitments.
    
 Solicits and identifies prospective candidates by telephone, e-mail and the Internet to determine skills, experience, areas for geographic employment, preferences, availability.
    
 Ensures that adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner.
    
 Search resumes in various available Job Portals, referencing and headhunting.
    
 Match the profile of the candidate on technical grounds.
    
 Conducts initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level.
    
 Ensure candidate is available and ready to take up the position.
    
 Ensure that resume appropriately reflects candidates experience and requirement.
    
 Negotiates salaries with candidates and close the position.
    
 Arranges for client interviews and possible offer of employment.
    
 Ensures appropriate paperwork is done for Placements.
    
 Update the Resourcing Application System routinely.
