Create new business opportunities from key accounts while ensuring delivery of service on existing programs

Meet farming and customer growth targets – 15%QonQ 
Two new customers?
Updated account mapping
Customer sat with existing accounts managed

New Business Acquisition  - Hunting in named accounts

Direct and monitor sales campaign 
Participate in customer meetings to create and push new opportunities into sales pipeline

New Customer accounts -
New offerings to existing accounts

Revenue/ Financial Targets for the accounts under management

Draw up Sales strategy for A/Cs
Grow named accounts
Comeval / Pricing  and financials with Finance/ Portfolio

Revenue target by customers/accounts
Q over Q growth targets
Booking on new projects only
Billing
BP+CP
New business (GAP)
