.NET Technical Architect/Software Architect:
At least 8 - 10 years experience with commercial software development
Skills: C#, .NET 3.5. 4.0, WCF, WPF.
Software engineering for Windows systems is required.
Experience in all phases of software development from requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance
Agile/iterative development experience
Strong object - orientated programming & design skills
Strong established architecting skills on Complex multi tier applications on Windows, Linux Platforms
.NET applications in desktop enterprise (distributed) and web- based environment on Microsoft platforms
Experience is using the software product line approach for architecting SPL platforms
Strong communication skills
Strong negotiation & influencing skills
Strong experience in usage of UML tools to deploy the architecture and experience in managing an architecture lifecycle.
Candidate will be working in engineering team on cutting edge technologies to architect our next generation enterprise level/desktop software package for energy management.
Self motivated with strong organizational skills
Excellent communication skills within a technical environment (written & oral)
Strong negotiation & influencing skills
Good interpersonal team skills for teamwork, respect, courtesy, tact, and discretion
Adept at stakeholder management.

Qualification: Four-year CS, CE or EE degree required
