Job Description:

Candidate Should Have, 

1)      At least 2 – 3  SharePoint (MOSS 2007 / WSS 3.0 / SPS 2003) based Project implementation

2)      At least done design in one of the implementations

3)      Exposure to Custom Web Part development, and Advanced MOSS Customization

4)      Technical Leadership for a team of about 4-6 team members

 

Nice to Have, 

1)      Good Understanding of the most of the OOTB templates, Web Parts available in MOSS 2007 / WSS 3.0 platform

2)      Custom Workflow Development
