Jobs & Responsibilities:

•	Assigning appropriate severity, Category and prioritize the call on based on criticality and business impact.
•	Call amendment, assigning, updating, completing with SLA.
•	Addressing   the user telephone calls.
•	Checking the support mail id for any service request mail and log tickers accordingly. Providing Level1 support for all end user issue pertaining to opening system, printing office Automation tools, managing client It Queries. Tracking suspended tickets if any and actions accordingly.
