- Experience in installation ,configuration and troubleshooting on Application Server in years 
( Jboss/ Jrun /Tomcat/ Websphere/ Weblogic) 
- Experience on UNIX server family and tools (in years) 
- Experience of IIS , Shell/ Pearl scripting and SSO environment
