-  Good exp in end to end development using 
      Websphere Portal Server 6x ----- Must

-  2+yrs exp in Websphere Portal 6x  implementation ---- Must

-  Design & translating the design into coding for Portal Implementations

-  Good programming exp in Java, J2EE ---- Must
-  Good exp in J2EE frameworks like Struts …. ---- Must
-  Good exp in J2EE application server ( Weblogic / 
      Websphere…) --- -Must
-  Good exp in Java Script, CSS  ---- Must
-  Good knowledge in Oracle, PLSQL --- Must
-  Good exp in Unix platforms  ---- Plus
-  Automating system administration tasks through shell 
      scripting (Perl, KSH) ---Plus
-  Exp in build scripts using Ant, unit test cases using 
      JUNIT  ---- Plus
-  Good exp / exposure in Webservices  ----- Plus

Exp      :   4 yrs to 8 yrs
Location :  Bangalore
