Review and analyze business and functional requirements 
Ability to analyze complex issues and recommend solutions 
Design, analyze, code/develop, modify, test and install custom software components and/or applications for the enterprise environment

· Address issues in performance, scalability and manageability in programming efforts
Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with existing SharePoint web applications and sites
Work as part of the team, implementing solutions and integrating layout
To provide technical and project guidance to development team members
Train individual contributors on SharePoint technologies
Provide input to the improvement of the development process 
Share skills and successful methods of working with the team
Experience working with Web designers, graphic artists, business clients, and back-end developers to create user-friendly Web interfaces that are easily maintained and upgraded is a plus 
Must be a self starter, motivated and willing to obtain certifications

Role Details
Design and code technical solutions 
Create and execute project work plans, revising as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements
Create well designed, reusable objects 
Communicate and enforce best practice coding standards 
Deliver consistently high-quality services to clients on schedule 
Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions with project management 
Develop an understanding of clients' business and suggest effective programming solutions 
Develop positive and productive relationships with client personnel and the team 
Writing and presenting technical design documentation
Take a key role in technical strategy, testing and defining development standards.
Participate in the Code reviews Adherence to quality guidelines and time lines
Contributes to organization in the form of participation in KM, C2 activities etc

Core Skills
Professional standards-based web development using ASP.Net, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript .NET based language (C#, VB.Net) 
Experience with Microsoft SharePoint 2003 
Experience with MOSS 2007 
Good working knowledge of SQL 2005 and SQL Reporting Services 
Experience using Visual Studio or related IDE 
Experience with a variety of Content Management Systems 
Knowledge of security standards and techniques for web applications 

· Understand browser-specific compatibility issues 
Expertise in the design, implementation, and deployment of user-centric software, with focus on usability
Organizational, oral/written communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem resolution skills
