Primary skills: 
- Good knowledge in Remote Monitoring / Administering Linux Servers.
- Hands-on in Linux Servers (Redhat).
- Sound knowledge in DNS, Apache, Sendmail, NFS and DHCP Services.
- Good analytical and logical skills.
- Good communication. 

Secondary skills: 
- Scripting, Good knowledge on networking and understanding of data center architecture, Working knowledge in Oracle. Administering Windows servers.

- RHCE Certification, Managing NetApp Filers, Configuring Bigbrother, Uptime, Netcool and Nagios Monitoring Tools.

Job description:
- Monitor Hosted Application / Database Servers.
- Event detection through alert Monitoring tools and Emails.
- Resolving the issue using standardized process and procedures
- Escalate and report the service/system outages to next level of Engineers.
- Notifying customers. 
- Creating incident tickets.
- Communicating with clients via Chat, Email and Phone
- Update and close ticket on incident closure
- Sending Daily Activity Reports to client.
- Update knowledge base
- Volume Management on NetAPP Filers
- Configuring and Managing the Disk Quota
- Installing and upgrading Application, Database and OS on remote Linux servers.
