Skills:

Technical skill set requirements (must)

-  Know very well Windows 2000/2003 + IIS 5.0 and 6.0

-  Know Server Administration

-  Know Windows Active Directory

-  Know windows Networking and networking in general (firewall, dns etc)

-  Know web technologies (XML, HTTP, ASP, SQL, Perl)



Technical skill set requirements (plus)

-  Basic knowledge of VB, VBScript, JavaScript

-  Working knowledge of Unix / Linux

-  Familiarity with MS Office (for creating reports, presentations).



Other (non-technical) Skills (must):

- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong customer service and communication skills and work well with various constituencies.

- Ability to listen and respond objectively to the thoughts and ideas of others.

- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.

- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)

- Report to technical management and describe / escalate in technical terms.

- Perform root cause analysis and bring solutions to prevent those in future to the table, is a must.

- Team player with open minded approach to technical problems and discussions.
