We have Openings with Wipro BPO for the following requirement
Requirement: Testers

Experience:
Should have experience of 2 yrs PLUS in Automation Testing and a min 1 yr of exp in QTP

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performance reviews.
- Responsible for test strategy, test planning, test engineering and test reporting on 
strategic projects.
- Execute requirements review to validate testability, and ensure all issues
are managed.
- Manage and coordinate testing resources to execute test plans, monitors testing 
activity, test result reviews.
- Assist test team staff in developing testing strategies.
- Creation of test plans, test cases and test scripts.
- Co-ordinate all testing tasks within team.
- Responsible for all Test, Test Tools Development and configuration management 
activities.
- Responsible for the extensive implementation of Automated test tools with 
emphasis on open source test tools.
