Hello,
 
We are looking for experienced Senior IT Recruiter for our US operations. Position will be based in Bangalore.
 
Should have Min 3 yrs exp in IT Recruitment and Min 1 yrs exp in US IT Recruitment.
 
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
To provide complete support to our US resourcing and operational activities working on night shifts.
The person will primarily be engaged in helping us meet customer requirements through recruiting related activities and complete back office support for the US operations.
 
Job Responsibilities:
 
- Resume Search, identification and short listing, based on specific requirements
- Conduct First level interviews of short listed candidates
Ability to work as Senior Recruiter
- Coordination of the entire recruiting process including scheduling technical interviews, resume formatting, submission for project/assignment and all other related activities leading up to the candidate joining that project/assignment
- Complete operational support for our US based Business/Resource Managers
- Maintenance and building of our resource database in real-time and building a pipeline of resources to cut response time for our project needs..
- Experience working nights and in the US market with similar job responsibilities is a big plus
- Ability to search and leverage job sites & the Internet in general to source quality candidate
- Excellent knowledge of MS-Office with outstanding written & oral communication skills
- An existing network of candidate and vendor contacts in the US
- Interviewing skills and a proven track record of achieving recruiting and/or staffing targets
- Participation in Night shift schedule

Job Location: Bangalore
Job Timing: 9 PM - 6 AM IST (Clocking with US CST)
 
Recruiting skills preferred:
Primary Skills: ERP (SAP/Oracle Applications 11i/Peoplesoft/JD Edwards/Siebel)
Secondary Skills: C, Java, Networking, Dot Net, DBA, C#, VB, QA, Embedded
