Supporting SQL Server databases and ensuring their performance, availability and security 
Backup/Recovery 
Performance Tuning 
To proactively monitor the database systems to ensure secure services with minimum 
downtime 
Responsible for troubleshooting and problem solving of SQL development 
Provide backup support to other team members 
Server Migration / Server formatting plans
