Job Title : SAP SRM / MDM Catalog Consultant
Experience : 2-5 Years

Skills & Job Requirements
- Should have prior implementation experience in MM ECC 6.0 and SRM integration, preferably SAP R/3 4.6 (and above) and SRM 5.0/SRM 7.0
- Demonstrated knowledge of procurement, EBP scenarios, strategic sourcing, AP etc. with hands-on experience on EBP, SRM & MM modules
- Good understanding of the various technical and business scenarios in SAP SRM
- Should have understanding of the Delta functionalities in SRM 7.0
- Should have proven experience in EBP configuration, setting up self service procurement/ purchase group/organization/ product categories, building profiles/ authorizations etc.
- Must have the ability to troubleshoot and debug the processes within EBP for transferring approved shopping carts to the backend R/3 system
- Should have a good understanding and ability to analyze EBP workflows, reports and any customizations around them.
- Proven knowledge and understanding of CCM/SRM MDM within SRM-EBP along with setup and configuration of Punch-out catalogs/OCI compliant catalogs within EBP.
- Must possess a very good understanding of R/3 MM and logistics execution, w.r.t. POs, STOs, reservations, requisitions, and deliveries related to STOs.
- Proven experience in several stages of an SAP SRM project including blueprint, configuration, implementation, testing and go-live support.
- Should have exposure to other components such as SUS, bidding engine, LAC, contract management, XI, BW, BI, SSA, MDM, solution manager 4.0, and C-Project & C-folder connection to SRM.
- Experience in upgrade, migration and optimization activities related to R/3, SRM, HR, MM, WMS, DMS, SD, PM, PS etc. using tools like CATT, LSMW and SAP reports.
- Proven knowledge of EBP functional architecture, toolsets, design and implementation..
- Must have creativity, innovation, perseverance and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to abstract detail into larger patterns, familiarity with user-centered analysis and evaluation techniques.
- Experience in at least one end-to-end Implementation and 2-3 Maintenance and Development projects.
- Should be adept in using MS-Project, Visio and other MS applications such as Excel, Word, PPT.
- Must have good communication skills both written and verbal.
- Should have prior implementation experience of SAP MDM 7.01 /MDM 5.5.
- Must have worked on SAP MDM Console, MDM Data Manager & MDM Import Manager.
- Need to have understanding of SRM MDM Catalog 3.0 / 2.0 architecture.
- Coordination with Basis Team for installation of MDM components
- Upload Supplier catalog data into SRM MDM catalog and validate.
- Understanding of Data modeling / mapping using MDM Data Manager & MDM Import Manager.
- Should have prior knowledge of archiving/un archiving of MDM repository.
- Should be aware of different record validation/ matching strategies.
- Configuration/customizing of MDM Catalog with SAP SRM.
- Designing of work flow to approve catalog items using MDM Workflow.
- Should have exposure of Master data replication from SAP R/3 and SRM .

Roles and Responsibilities
- Interact effectively with customers, developers and IT peers to ensure the successful delivery and implementation of modifications into the production environment.
- As an SME, consultant should be able to analyze and translate business requirements to functional specifications and provide recommendations and best practices around solution design.
- Should be open to learn new products and take additional responsibilities
- Analyze problem statements, suggest various options to address the problem specifying functionality, integrating systems, applying patches and participating in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Analyze work requests, provide estimations, prepare project plans and execute the work.
- Responsible for implementation of organizational changes, identifying project risks, escalating problems to management, quality assurance and performance improvement.
- Design and prototype solutions, develop customer relationships, perform knowledge transfer to customers, and support on-site training.
- Adhere to quality and follow client defined standards and processes.
- Perform system analysis, design, validation with customers, development, testing, implementation, documentation and issue resolutions in SAP applications and associated technology components.
- Assist in the growth of the account and new SAP business opportunities.
