Skills Remedy Action Request System 7.x, ITSM Suite 7.x (Service Desk Management, Change Management), ITIL Knowledge. Basic integration knowledge of Discovery tools like Tideway with BMC Atrium would be an advantage

Job Description:
 Provide Remedy administration and development support for Remedy ARS based applications - ITSM Suite 7.x, Custom Applications.

Essential Functions Maintenance of Remedy 7.x ARS based ITSM Suite and custom applications. This includes the Service Desk Management, Change Management, custom applications based on Remedy ARS as well as integrations with external applications.

Remedy 7 Server Administration– ARS Server Configuration & Patch Management, Email Engine configuration, Log Analysis

Remedy Application Enhancements – Ability to modify Action Request System based workflow objects

Qualifications Minimum of 3 years IT experience including a minimum 3+ years experience as a Remedy Administrator/developer on ARS 7.X and ITSM 7.x. 

Understanding of basic ITIL processes

Excellent interpersonal, and communication skills

Strong analytic skills

Ready to work in shifts
