Job Responsibilities :
Handle the Recruitment – Sourcing, Short-listing Profiles, and Candidates Tracking
Sourcing candidates through cold calling, networking, referrals, and Job Portals and company databases. Efficient use of Job Portals, Database available and referencing sites.
Screening of candidates before Technical round (to check gap years, communication skills etc.) with the candidates.
Updating Database by sourcing the right candidates for right skills and maintaining the database.
Constant follow up and communication with the candidates to keep the database updated.
Sourcing candidates for all skills, experience, location and all levels.
Complete candidate interaction.
Required :
Execllent Communication skills and people skills.
Knowledge of MS word and Excel.
