Job Roles and Responsibilities: 

- End to End Recruitment process

- Analyzing Job Requirements.

- Identifying 90% accurate match profile for the requirement

- Calling up candidates on a daily basis, Scheduling Interviews with the prospects

- Arranging Interviews with respective managers

- Follow up with the candidates till joining, Take care of joining formalities

- It will be an Individual Contributor role and will not include any team handling.

- Maintaining daily trackers.
