Role: Java Developer / Sr. Developer - 3 - 5 years
Role Java Technical Lead - 6-10 years

Skills required -

- Core Java with OOPs concepts

- Java - Data Structure, Threading, Exception Handling, Handling Memory leak & Performance, Swing, Socket programming, etc.

- XML (including parsing techniques)

- Design patterns

- ANT Scripting

- Java IDE - Eclipse, Net Beans, etc.

- Web 2.0 concepts

- Flex 3.0, Action script 3.0

- Servlet/ JSP

- Java script, AJAX

- HTML Forms/ DHTML, CSS

- RDBMS Concepts, Oracle/MySQL/ MS SQL

- Web/Application Server installation, configuration and deployment knowledge - Tomcat, Jboss, WebLogic, etc.

- Java Certification - added advantage
