(All the skills are not mandatory but good to have)
Mainframe -Cobol , DB2, MVS ,Clist
Easytrieve, Endevor , File Aid, IMS, JCL ( Proc & Run)
Synscort, UCANDU , XCOM/FTP, Xpediter, SQL, Windows 9x/ Windows XP

- It's a 24/7 support Environment
- There fore should be interested and comfortable working in night shifts and giving "On Call" Support.
- Should have strong technical base and knowledge on how a production support environment works.
- Must have good experience in 'on call" support projects OR "Off shore" model projects
- Should have good communication and interpersonal skills
