Blank and Co is looking for an experienced html/css designer for our New Delhi office located in connaught place.  Our main office is in New York, USA

We are looking for some top-talent Internet gurus with a passion for design and development to help redefine the web space.

We are looking for an experienced web designer with a keen eye for design. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in web design, development and production. As part of the design team this individual must be comfortable translating design mocks into HTML and have a fundamental understanding of web standards, browser behaviors and interaction design. This individual must be able to work independently as well as collaboratively within the design team and other departments.

Essential Function

    * Work with Designers to turn designs into HTML
    * Cut and Optimize designs
    * Hand Code CSS and HTML
    * Collaborate with Designers on interactive design features

Requirements

    * Minimum 2 years experience in hand coding HTML and CSS
    * Knowledge of jQuery or similar Javascript libraries
    * Knowledge of browser/platform compatibility
    * Knowledge of web standards and browser behavior
    * Ability to take printed design mock-ups and visualize how to execute in HTML
    * Minimum 2 years experience with Adobe Creative Suite
* Knowledge of standard web graphic optimization techniques and appropriate use of  file extensions.
    * Experience with CMS systems and E-Commerce a plus
