Required Skills :

-  Good exp in Vitria 4.x   ----Must

-  Good exp in Unix Commands & Shell Script  --- Must

-  Good communication skills  (Written & Verbal) --- Must

-  Good client facing skills  ----- Must

-   Willing to work in shift basis

Responsibilities

-  Will be responsible for supporting the integrations which also involves on call support.

-  Will need to co-coordinate with offshore team for Production Support and help them resolve any issues.

-  Will be responsible for providing and coordinating the involvement of business and/or development resources in problem resolution as necessary.

-  Will need to manage the tickets and resolve them in a timely manner 

Exp      :  3 – 6 yrs
