PeopleSoft HR Functional Testing Lead with 5+ years experience @ Capgemini, Chennai

Job Details:
- 5 - 9 Years of PeopleSoft HR testing experience, should have worked on ver 9.0

- Strong functional knowledge in Core HR, ESS / MSS, Benefits, NA Payroll & Global Payroll UK modules is required

- Working knowledge of all PeopleSoft Toolset like Application Designer

- Have good knowledge on DB2/SQL Queries

- Good understanding on PeopleSoft Security Administration

- Experience working in a Mainframe / DB2 Environment

- Proficient in testing techniques & testing phases

- Expereince developing Test Plan and Strategy

- Prepare and maintain test-ware (Test Cases, Test Data and Test Stubs/Harnesses)

- Conduct/Attend test ware walk-through

- Defect tracking, reporting test status and testing data(size, effort, defects)

- Should be able to identify Regression scenarios from previous testing phases

- Ability to build Regression Scripts, identify regression scenarios and a good understanding of Regression Testing approach

- Have good understanding on different Automation Framework

- Strong experience working on Automation Tools - QTP (Quick Test Pro), QC (Quality Center)

- Good knowledge & understanding of Business Process Testing (BPT)

- Customer interaction experience required

- Experience working in a large global support environment

- Ability to lead and mentor junior resources

- Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skills
