Job Title: Operations Engineer/Site Engineer
Education: BE/MCA/Diploma/BSc/BCA
Job Location:Bangalore/Mumbai
 
Role:

v      Responsible for product support
v      Managing windows servers and Linux Servers
v      Providing 99.9%uptime
v      Troubleshooting on networking/telecom/database
v      Take full responsibility of resolving queries
v      Coordinate with various functions internally to resolve problems
 
Skills:
       Experience in VAS
v      Experience in managing Windows servers and linux servers(mandatory)
v      Experience in Product Support/Production Support/Application Support
