b) Job Description:
- Should have good Experience in C++, MFC, ATL
- Must have working experience in Multithreading, STL etc.
- Good Understanding of XML & good on database - SQL Server 2005
- Very Good Analytical Skills
- Co-ordinating work with offshore/onsite Team.

Soft Skills:
- Strong communication/presentation skills
- Ability to develop and maintain client relationships
- Excellent analytical Team handling skills
- Ready to work in second shift
