Network Security Engineer Opening in CSS, Chennai  

Role:
To troubleshoot every case (including backlog) assigned and drive towards positive resolution thereby to achieve customer satisfaction. Evaluate the scope for timely escalation and ensure that customer problems are addressed as per the priority. Document all communication with the customer

Skills Required: 
Must have the efficiency to interface with international customers,provide remote Technical support on implementation of technology using various networking products & applications and resolve product related issues through research and troubleshooting. The following are essential:

1.Should have experience in configuration and troubleshooting high-end networks
2.The ideal candidate will be an Engineer, who is a self-starter, withexcellent interpersonal, communication, documentation, problem solving andtrouble-shooting skills.
3.Quality focus, result & goal orientation in a group situation, and commitment to customer delight are a must.
4.Sound fundamentals and in-depth knowledge of Networking Security Concepts
5. Should relocate to Chennai & work on 24/7 environment.
Designation: Network Engineer/ Network Specialists - Security
Core Skill set
Good understanding of OSI Model, TCP/IP protocol suite (IP, ARP, ICMP,)
And
Strong knowledge in any of the following skill set
Windows/ Linux/ Citrix (ADS, DNS, DHCP)

Network Security, VPN< Firewall, Checkpoint, Pix

Technical Support (Antivirus, Macfee, Symantec)

IPSEC protocol suite,

SSL based VPNs

Active Directory and AAA
 
Certifications such as CCSA, CCSP, SNPA, CEH, RHCE will be of added advanage
