Job Description:

Position Open: Exchange Server Delivery Lead(L3) 

This opening is with one of our very repudiated client in Mumbai, India.

1) "Extensive experience designing / implementing /migrating /administering / troubleshooting disaster recovery of 

MS Exchange 2003 /2007 and Active Directory, 2000, 2003, 2008 platforms. "

2) Exposure to mail migration projects and integration of heterogeneous mail services/systems would be an added advantage.

3) Good understanding of operational practices and requirements to operate a high availability and secure environment. 

4) Should have excellent inter-personal and communication skills with the ability to deal with users at all levels in an organization. Good problem solving and communication skills. 

5) Ability to successfully handle multiple tasks while under pressure. 

6) Compliance with all IT and corporate regulations, policies, and guidance. 

7) Conducting timely and effective root cause analysis. 

8) Be able to communicate complex technological issues and solutions to coworkers and to upper management.

Skills Required:
1) Should be a Graduate / Dip / BE. Should have around 3 - 5 Years of IT Exposure. 

2) Should be Microsoft Certified Engineer (Mandatory). CCNA (Optional). 

3) The Server Engineer will have to provide day-to-day technical support and administration of the technology infrastructure.

4) The primary responsibilities of Server engineer will be Install, configure, and troubleshoot Server systems.

5) Provide first tier response, analysis and resolution planning for detected issues and seeks appropriate resolution of issues.

6) Provisioning, installation, oversight, administration and daily maintenance of all cross-platform servers to include; Intranet/Internet web servers, Database servers, monitoring servers, proprietary application servers, file and print servers etc and others to maximize availability and address issues related to.

7) Patch and security configuration compliance (includes virus detection for server and client).

"Exposure to Antivirus McAfee would be an added advantage." 

8) The Engineer will be responsible for The design, implementation, operation, maintenance, backup, system security and system integrity of Microsoft Operating systems including MS Exchange 2000, including Active Directory. 

9) Will be required to manage single / multiple sites to carry out day-to-day maintenance and operations of Windows 2000 Active directory, and MS Exchange 2000 in high availability environments.
