Job Description:

- The Position Requires Testing In A Fast-Paced, Time Sensitive Project And The Applicant Must Have The Ability To Quickly Switch From One Task To Another And Follow The Work Plan To Meet Project Milestones.
- The Applicant Will Be Responsible For Developing And Executing Test Plans Using Technical Requirements And Design Specifications As Input, Analyzing Test Results, Performing Data Validation, Tracking Defects And Providing Regular Status.
- The Job Requires Someone Who Is Highly Skilled In Using Different Techniques While Performing Testing Tasks Related To Compatibility Of Tools, Backend Processes And Front-End Applications.
- Documentation Of Install Instruction And Providing Technical Support Are Also Required.

Profile Description:

- Strong Software Testing experience with Web, GUI, Database and Client/Server applications on multiple platforms.
- Very sound Experience with testing .Net applications & Unix.
- Experience with relational database (Preferably Oracle) is desirable.
- Experience using Rational products (Cleacase, ClearQuest, RequisitePro).
- Knowledge of C, C++, C#, .NET, Java, J2EE, Web Logic.
- Experience With Sql (Writing Queries), Web Programming, Unix, And Automated Testing Tools Preferred.
- Network, RF And Hardware Device Knowledge.

Position - Test Manager - Exp - 8-13 yrs

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Establish Methodologies, Standards And Procedures For Requirements Analysis, Test Plan Preparation, Test Procedure. Development And Execution, Documentation Of Results And Reporting.
- Manage The Release Of Software With System Releases Including Preparation Of Release Notes.
- Produce Software Quality Metrics And Communication Effectively With The Development Teams.
- Direct Day To Day Activities Of The SQA Team While Maintaining A Strong Focus On Customer Requirements.
- Coordination With All Stakeholders.
- Make Effective Business Decisions To Meet Over Company Goals And Accomplish Greater Results With Enhanced productivity And Efficiency.
- Administrative Management Of The SQA Team Including Recruiting, Performance Appraisal, Coaching And Professional Development.
- Managing Lab Setup.
