The HR ABAP Developer is responsible for program design, development, testing and implementation for SAP software in support of the Human Resources business area.


Profile Description:

* Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or Computer Engineering or related field.
* Must have 2 plus years of experience in HR ABAP programming. Technical Lead must have a minimum of 3 years of HR ABAP programming and HR functional area expertise.
* Working knowledge of the SAP HR module in the areas of Personnel administration, Benefit, Time, Payroll and Tax. Experience with general ledger a plus.
* SAP development and configuration experience with minimum 1 full life cycle implementation experience.
* Expertise in development of programs, reports, interfaces, user exits as well as customization knowledge and experience in the HR and FI SAP modules.
* Experience in all life cycle phases of a project including requirement gathering, design, development, testing and implementation.
* Good collaboration skills in working with functional teams, other development resources, Basis support staff, business team leads and business end users.
* Ability to work independently and in a team.
* Ability to turn business requirements into functional / technical specifications.
* Ability to juggle multiple priorities.
* Good Time Management skills.
* Ability to effectively communicate project status.
* Experience in SAP NetWeaver.
