Marlabs (www.marlabs.com, CMMI level 3 company) is an Rs, 400 crore IT services company with operations in United States of America and India. In India, we execute software projects for our US clients at our offshore facilities in Bangalore Mysore. We also provide technology staffing solutions to MNCs such as Accenture, HP, LogicaCMG, i-flex, Misys, Oracle, Sony, Robert Bosch, Yodlee etc.,

Some of our MNC clients have requested us to identify and train resources to bridge technology and communication skill gaps before considering the resources for opportunities that they have.

We have identified you as one who can be a part of such opportunity with our Multi National Clients.

The working details of this arrangement would be:

* You will be employed by Marlabs.
* You will be provided with extensive Java training at our facility in Mysore by senior trainers for a period of 4 to 6 weeks, where all your skill gaps will be ironed out.
* During this period, you will also be provided training on Soft skills.
* At the end of the training, you will be deployed to work with our MNC clients on their projects
* All expenses during your training period will be borne by Marlabs (Including your boarding, lodging, transportation)
