Role Description
Prepare RFI/ for internal requests
Assist IT with end-user desktop/applications trouble shooting
Assist end-users with deployment of technology solutions ( eg, Siebel Implementation for end-users)
Support application troubleshooting beyond IT service levels
Manage/maintain contact center operations in APAC, Create CMS dictionary of agents, Assign/manage agent skills, Configure IP telephony on end-user desks
End to end documentation of projects & manuals
Assist in large technology deployments
Attend Master Training Sessions
Deliver trainings as trainer
Troubleshoot internal/custom tools issues

Requirements:
Language/Packages: Java, J2EE, Servlets, Springs, STRUTS, FTL, EJB, .NET 2.0/3.5, ASP.NET, VB/C#
IDE: Eclipse, VS2005/2008
Database: Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL

Performance Dimensions:
Ownership and accountability
Time management
Always going over and beyond
Multi tasking
Requirements Gathering, Analysis, and Testing

Qualifications:

BE/MCA or equivalent with 2 yrs Exp.
Strong Communication, Trouble shooting & Analytical skills are a pre -requisite.
