Position: Project Lead / Asst Project Manager ( Java / J2ee )
Job Responsibilities:
1. Technical Team Handling;
2. Analyzing the requirements and Trouble Shooting;
3. Requirement Gathering & Client Interactions;
4. Application Program Designing & Development;
5. Responsible for quality assurance activities;
6. Review the code, helping the technical team, ensuring project objectives is met;
7. Project Tracking, Project Reporting, Project Resource, Resource Planning;
8. Defining and Implementing Software Development Life Cycle;
Skills Required:
1. Expert level knowledge of Java J2ee Technologies.
2. Strong analytical skills.
3. High degree of competency in Object-Oriented Design and Analysis.
4. Strong communication/interpersonal skills
5. Experience in using their strong Object Oriented design and development skills, and strong analytical skills as a individual contributor, architecting, designing and developing Java, J2EE applications.
6. Broad understanding of Web-Services, J2EE & Java technologies, and of related implementation techniques.
7. Test-Driven development.
8. Ability to multi-task and maintain project schedules.
Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech / MCA / M.Sc ( Computer Science / Electronics ), B.Sc ( Computer Science / Electronics ), BCA.
