Job Description:
Usually requires a minimum of 8+ years of human resources experience with at least 2-3 years of leadership experience in IT services industry extensively worked on US benefits and other employment regulations.

Specialized Knowledge and Skills

Excellent knowledge of HR/personnel practices and principles,and all applicable labor, pay, benefits, health and safety laws and regulations.
Excellent planning, time management, communication, decision-making, presentation, organization, and interpersonal skills.

Basic Purpose

Manages the company’s human resources activities for the India organization. Works with practice & delivery heads and other function heads to develop policies and procedures consistent with company human resources strategies and systems and related personnel laws.

Plans and implements human resources programs for various areas of human resources management such as compensation and benefits, training and development, etc.

Responsible for hiring, termination, and performance and pay reviews of Human Resources staff.

Typically reports to the Head of Human Resources with a dotted line relationship to the Head of Practice & Delivery.
