Job Description:

• 8+ years on Siebel Analytics with one year on OBIEE
• Exceptional technology knowledge and experience in data warehouse methodologies and BI practices, including data management, data integration and analytics system architecture.
• Good understanding of Siebel OLTP table structure.
• Architecture experience in large data warehouse implementations using OBIEE
• This is a critical role with overall responsibility and accountability for designing a holistic business intelligence environment around OBIEE architecture best practices.
• The OBIEE Architect provides leadership to team members to ensure teamwork and high performance and mentors the team developing the OBIEE analytics applications.
• Provide expert knowledge of OBIEE best practices enabling the team to leverage the platform as effectively as possible.
• Configure and administer OBIEE server including recommendations around optimal utilization of Hardware for large implementations
• Hands-on data modeling for OBIEE.
• Provide technical leadership to help influence the short and longer term OBIEE roadmap
• Participate in research, requirements definition, planning, design and execution of OBIEE projects on enterprise Business Intelligence initiatives.
• Define and implement developer best practices and procedures for OBIEE projects.
• Manage customer expectations to ensure strong customer satisfaction by meeting the business needs for IT systems in a timely manner.
• Participate in selection of tools, software, and upgrades.
• Work with Oracle on support and design issues.
• Provide technical oversight and subject matter expertise to OBIEE team on key initiatives
• Establish, maintain and promote consistent methodology for analytics deployment
• Monitor the analytics marketplace of new trends, technologies and its potential benefits Travelers
• Ability to provide technical architecture vision and recommend strategy/solutions Qualification and Experience.
