. Ability to lead and grow the team to achieve its goals.
. Ability to develop a strong image and position the organization into a global competitive market place.
. Overall responsibility of the offshore centre for on time Delivery and Performance.
. Strategic goals and objectives implementation.
. Financial performance- Revenue and profitability growth (aligned to the Strategic plan focus areas)
. Resources performance & development.
. Continuous improvement and Cost reduction.
. Organization policies and procedures.
. Understand key business drivers and builds IT strategy to empower the business to deliver solutions through powerful technology platform.
KRA's -
. Effective strategy execution
. On time Product delivery performance.
. Effective communication.
Desired Candidate Profile
. Minimum 10 years of experience in software development industry with more than 5 years in a leadership role in the Product development environment.
. Able to demonstrate competence and success in IT Product Strategy formulation and execution, preferably in the Financial domain.
. Should have Expertise in Microsoft Technologies like VC++, MFC, COM, Win 32, .Net Framework, SQL Server & FIX Protocol.
. Able to switch gears in various high-stress situations, quickly learning new technologies or adopting new methodologies.
. Experience demonstrating effective/proactive employee relations philosophy required.
. Working experience in the offshore delivery model.
. Must have good interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal and presentation/public speaking).
. Must have demonstrated skills in leadership, conflict identification and resolution, group problem solving and group process as well as organization and prioritization.
. Must be effective as a team leader and team member, with a bias toward timely and appropriate action.
. Must have a service excellence orientation, with emphasis on continuous quality improvement.
. Ability to communicate / discuss with people in different levels of management hierarchy.
