Location : Bangalore
Employment Type: Full Time
Qualification : University Degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering or Computer Sciences.
Job Description
. Conceptualizing and ascertaining the technical requirements of new projects
. Continuous progress monitoring through task sheets. Identifying causes of delays and debottlenecking them.
. Preparation of Project estimate and detailed estimation, Equipment Planning, Project Planning, Capex and Opex Planning
. Site Identification with Readiness
. Inventory control, Contract Management and Stores Management
. Pre-planning and Post Execution Analysis along with Project progress review through weekly concurrent review meetings
. To complete the assigned project in a time bound frame, maintaining quality standards and customer satisfaction.
. Ensure compliance of processes
. Material Management and its ordering in line with Project Plans
. Measurements of deviations and handling critical situations.
. Vendor finalisation for all equipment
. Managing material Indents and payments of vendors.
Essential Experience
The successful candidate is likely to have at least 10 to 12 years of Data & Telecoms experience and associated experience in some of the following would be an advantage:
Exposure / understanding of voice technologies and products such as: VoIP, SIP/SIP-T, H.323
Exposure / understanding of data technologies and products such as: L2 Switches, IPDSLAM, MPLS, Ethernet, Routers, ATM switches, Broadband / Broadband Multiplay
Work Experience with basic services deployments with a Telecom Service Provider like BSNL, MTNL etc.
Hands on Experience in Broadband services / IP DSLAM deployment will be an added advantage
Requested Competence
. Expertise in Microsoft Project , MS Office & Primavera Project Management Software
. Very good Interpersonal skills
. Willing to travel & self motivated
. Facilitating the team to achieve their goals & Prioritizing the team
Language Requirements: Good command of English language, oral and written. Hindi is a plus
