Skills Required :
. 5 Years of exprience in Share Point and .Net. Who can lead a team.
. Should have hands on experience with Share Point, moss 2007 (Object Model /APIs)
. Should have hands on experience on .NET 2.0/3.x (especially web applications)
. Should have sound knowledge on SQL server 2005/2008.
. Should have provided consultation and support for Team/Developers.
. Defines the overall technical solution and structures the work effort around the various system components, (e.g. application, Infrastructure, interfaces,
etc.)
. Provide technical leadership and supervision to team members in broad technical areas from basic software development methodologies to guidance on complex technical issues.
. Leading a team of developer's w.r.t technology, project delivery.
. Face new challenges, bridge between software engineers, clients.
. Guiding, mentoring/training the team
. Should be well aware about OOPS concepts.
. Should be well aware about XML and SQL queries.
. Should be well aware about complete SDLC
