• Hands-on experience designing, developing, and debugging enterprise applications implemented on the ASP .NET platform with C#. Familiarity with:
o SQL Server
o Security strategies and issues
• Hands-on experience with C++ programming on Windows.
• Familiarity with design patterns, algorithms, and data structures.
• Able to review code and identify defects and deficiencies.
• Familiarity with test-driven development and automated unit testing.
Project Leadership Skills
• Excellent written and spoken communication.
• Experience with an agile development process. Familiarity with:
o Requirements analysis with use cases and user stories.
o Scheduling and planning with user stories and iterations.
o Iteration planning meetings, iteration review meetings, and daily stand-up meetings.
Management Skills
• Able to lead a team of four developers.
• Management experience of one year including delivery, people and project management
• Experience managing, motivating, mentoring, and retaining developers.
• Experience interviewing candidates and selecting capable developers.
