Position Title: Development Manager.
Experience Required:
· Minimum of 10 years of software development experience, to include a minimum of 5 years in a lead role or management position
· Strong analytical skills and experience with implementation and administration of software development metrics
· Knowledge and hands-on experience in developing enterprise web/SOA applications on Microsoft .NET platform using C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, Team Foundation Server, SharePoint, SQL Server, SQL Reporting Services, SQL Integration Services is a must
· Knowledge and hands-on experience in using technologies/frameworks – AJAX, WPF, WCF, WWF et al.
· Knowledge and hands-on experience in using version control systems – VSS, Perforce, ClearCase, CVS et al.
· Excellent problem solving, interpersonal communication and project management skills a must
· Strong leadership skills that inspire team confidence and respect while motivating team members in a creative and effective manner
· Must have a desire for achieving excellence in customer satisfaction, process and product quality and reliability
· Strong understanding of different software development life cycles (agile, iterative, waterfall) and contemporary software quality assurance processes (ISO, CMM, CMMi) and development tools
· Must have experience in managing and working with distributed team members
· Knowledge of internet and e-business processes, disciplines and standards
· Must be extremely detail-oriented with respect to documentation and communication
· Exposure or experience with global software development centers is a desirable
· Exposure or experience in testing EDI/B2B applications/interfaces is a plus
· Experience running large global projects is a plus
Total Experience: 10 - 15 Years.
Job Location: Bangalore.
