Position: Wireless Senior Engineer
Location: Kolkata/ Bangalore
Responsibilities :
This software developer will work on core code for the networking test and simulation applications. Will design and implement high performance software for protocol stack development and emulation (for example SGSN, GGSN) in the area of GSM, GPRS, 3G Protocols (UMTS/CDMA2000) and beyond.
Required Profile:
A Self motivated person with strong problem solving, communication and domain skills in wireless communications (GSM, GPRS, 3G Protocols (UMTS/CDMA2000) and beyond). Ability to work independently or in a team. Must have strong C programming background in the area of wireless networking.
Domain Knowledge GSM, GPRS, UMTS, LTE, Switching concepts
. BE or B. Tech in CS/EE or equivalent experience.
. 4+ years experience in working with C/C++
. 3+ years experience hands on working in the Linux/VX Works/Unix
. Good knowledge of data structure and algorithm.
. Protocols development/maintenance experience in GSM, GPRS, 3G Protocols (UMTS/CDMA2000)
. Should have good problem solving and debugging skills
. Experience in inter-process communication and multithreading.
. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and detail oriented.
