-Knowledge of architectural patterns and technology and their application
-Proactively find potential technical problems and provide solutions.
-Participate in Pre sales. Own proposal's technical inputs
-Represent organization at technical forums and provide proactive product/solution ideas for organization
-Good eye for reuse and modularity and innovative skills
Skills Set:-
Hibernate, Spring, Struts, XML, Tomcat Server, Websphere, Ajax, Defining Methodologies, Effort and Cost Estimation, Presentation, Proposal Making, Technical Writing, White Paper Writing, Database Architect, Erwin, Unix.
Required Soft Skills:-
Good verbal and written skills and customer interaction skills.
Consultant approach and effective presentation skills.
Ability to work with the client Managers and Architects, Project Managers and the team.
