About the Requirement, Role & Responsibility
Exp : 6+ yrs (Technical Lead)

Job Description :
. Require more than 6 years related experience, more than 2 years Technical Leader and currently hands on
. Clear understanding of Software Development life cycle and process Oriented
. Strong fundamentals in Core Programming, Object Oriented design, and Database Design
. Strong Experience on Ajax, JSF, Spring and Struts
. Strong knowledge of back-end (Oracle) PL SQL
. Experience with Application Server ( Weblogic etc)
. Ability to work on new technology
. Experience in application architecture, framework design, high level and low level design using UML & Design Patterns
. Experience of open-source tools, Continuous Integration, automated testing.
. Exposure to performance tuning, logging, monitoring, scalability, design by interfaces, caching
. Experience in developing reusable software components based on the design specifications
. Experience in preparing, conducting & leading code reviews
. Experience in creating & enhancing and executing unit tests using test driven approach with JUnit etc
. Uses functional knowledge of applications to provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and resolving moderately complex development problems.
. Capability to works with clients to establish and maintain a consistent development methodology
. Ability to work closely in a team environment is highly recommended
. Worked on at least one project with minimum 8 months period
. Investment Banking experience is a big plus
. Only web skills (JSP, servlets, application server) will not be sufficient for this position
Reporting Structure:
Hierarchical & functional reporting to Project Manager of Compliance
Main Responsibilities of Technical Lead:
. Understand functional requirements and raises clarifications with business analysts
. Provide application architecture, framework design, high level design and subsequently propose and implement low level design
. Lead design reviews and code reviews
. Spike technology trends and apply new concepts, develop frameworks and proof of concepts
. Coach developers on new technology concepts and resolve technical problems faced
. Ensure best practices and apply them in the team - responsible for product quality
. Maintain and enhance continuous integration and software factories for project(s)
. Implement testing strategies according to Requirements (unit, integration, performance, coverage)
. Decompose the specification documentation to identify possible loosely coupled and cohesive software component
. Contribute to prioritization on work product as per the agreed iteration goals
. Work effectively with other team members by sharing best practices
